At age 76, I consulted him for long-standing deep lumbosacral pain. His evaluation was meticulous, systematic, and profoundly insightful. After carefully listening to my history and performing a thorough examination, he precisely identified the pain as originating from the L4–L5 nerve root—later confirmed by MRI, demonstrating his remarkable diagnostic acumen. Dr. Loomba is an outstanding listener, educator, and compassionate physician. Before initiating treatment, he clearly explained all options, techniques, and the rationale behind them, ensuring my complete understanding and comfort. With my consent, he performed a central lumbar epidural block under live CT guidance. Despite arthritic changes in my lumbar spine, the procedure was flawlessly executed with a numbing injection followed by a carefully selected pain-relief and cortisone cocktail—completely painless during and after. Dr M Lumba was recommended by my primary physician. He saw me twice in the hospital for pain management the past 12 months. He was professional and respectful but unfortunately not able to help me because when he found out how my chronic pain issues involved both work comp & private insurance he wasn’t willing to treat me, saying he does not accept workers compensation cases. So if your situation is complicated like mine is, I would not recommend him. Chronic Pain from Fibromyalgia and injuries is a very serious complicated problem that needs serious attention and treatments and you’ll want a provider that understands both.

The service I had with Dr. Loomba was great..! The service I had with the staff was less than exciting. Almost to the point where if I had options I would not get here. that’s how off putting she was. Dr. Loomba was nice he explained things or the staff did. I’m sitting here after getting help thinking I made the right choice. He was also teaching which I don’t mind we all gotta start somewhere..!

It was a waste of time and money. I have been waiting for this appointment for 3 months in extream pain. Multiple visits to the ER. The last one by ambulance . I was given 2 doses of Ketsmin by nose and morphine at the ER. Before I was discharged I received more morphine, Toradol, Diloted, and Tylenol. All these were administered one after the other I was still in pain. Now I have to wait until October until he comes back from vacation. How is it possible that after waiting 3 months they do not have my records? How can it be that no one told me to get them? I will be addressing my concerns to the Medical Board because no one should have to go through so much pain for this amount of time. I have no dissk between L2 and L3, I've been vomiting with severe pain, I have passed out now 3 times. I have fallen multiple times. This seems like a business where it's more profitable to keep this patient sick and on heavy narcotics that don't work. I am a 100%service connected disabled and decorated veteran who served our flag. I will also CC my congressman, senator, and any news outlet who will listen. This abuse of patients must be addressed. My 4 years in the navy one with the Marines and 3 years in the Army as a combat medic never have I witnessed such abuse. I might as well include the BBB and any other agency who will listen. I have no choice but to find some kind of relief even from the street since the system has failed me.

He doesn’t rush you out of his office like most doctors in my experience… The staff is outstanding all of them, but I have to give my thanks to Selena, who has always been there to help me thank you, Selena!! After my spine surgery a year and a half ago, I had to take Percocet, which is an opioid being on that opioid was too much for me, and I became very addicted… With Dr Loomba‘s help I was able to start a new drug called Suboxone… Trust me everybody it helps with the withdrawals and the pain!!!!! When you see Dr Loomba listen to him don’t think that you know more than him because we don’t again he is awesome!!!!!

Phenomenal results. Only been one day, but I woke up this morning with NO back or leg pain! Received injection in L5 area for symptoms of an old injury. Dr. Loomba really knows his stuff. the doctor was outstanding. his staff not so much. the tech that did my intake was just awful. she seemed bored, lazy and disinterested in her job or me, the patient. she handed me a cup for urine test w/ no explanation and then closes the door to room when bathroom is down the hall. huh?? the receptionist there that day said she was new and didn’t know answer to type of appt i needed and if f/u can me same time as injection. she said she would call me after she spoke to dr and never did. there was a line of patient behind me and they were frustrated with the gal, said there is lots of turnover and just left. it’s a shame that this outstanding doctor does not have at an above average staff.

Little wait time, but overall great visit

This is going to be a long review, because if you’re not familiar with Dr. Loomba, you NEED to be! I have lost track of the number of years Dr. Loomba has been treating the pain I feel all day, every day.He is 1 of 2 of the best doctors I’ve ever had the great fortune to be referred to. I’ve had extensive pain problems since my late 20’s (I will turn 50 this year). I’ve also had the misfortune of dealing with some extremely poor providers in the past (I know a good one when I see one, so to speak.Coincidentally Dr. Loomba trained or worked with or under my previous pain management doctor (in a different state), who was absolutely wonderful (Like Dr. Loomba) Dr. Loomba absolutely carried the same caring, compassionate, respectful, common sense, mindful, intelligent, etc approach into his own practice)s). He has a wonderful beside manner. He takes a deep dive into the issues you’re facing. He does everything from necessary testing, to procedures, to medicating (if it’s warranted). He treats me with the utmost respect, (this wasn’t always the case with other pain management providers.I always appreciate his common sense approach in managing my medical issues. He’s been nothing but a blessing for me and I am so thankful that I was eventually referred to him after I moved to California. If you have a choice in providers, choose Dr. Loomba! He’s taken me from basically being in bed all day, every day, to being able to work a warehouse job. Don’t misunderstand , it’s hard, and I do still struggle; but my life is much fuller thanks to Dr. Loomba’s approach to pain management. Dr. Loomba is absolutely wonderful. As a side note most of his office staff are pretty fantastic as well. From my experiences of having to go to other pain management places, before I found Dr. Loomba(.as well as the doctor when I lived in another state), many office staff will have the same ‘attitude’ as the provider. (Not all; but most). Given Dr. Loomba is so caring and compassionate, so are many of his staff members, and it definitely makes a huge difference for pain management patients who struggle through their everyday lives. I can’t stress how fortunate I feel to have been lucky enough to have been sent to Dr. Loomba!

Dr. Loomba, has always been straightforward with me good or bad. Then we decide a plan of action, if we find we need to change he is very good about moving to the next step.

The entire office and restrooms are always very clean and sanitize. The wait time to see the doctor is very reasonable that's one thing I appreciate how the staff values their patient time by being punctual when calling patients to be seen by Dr. Loomba.

The doctor is very kind, busy but does always remember who you are, and knows your name. As some doctors I’ve gone to more than a few times. Still never call me by name. So it shows the doctor knows you knows what your pain is and your problem and knows why you came in to the office. The injections do help, but I am in horrible pain waiting for those injections sometimes because I have to get off my blood thinners and that’s the only thing I was prescribed from the doctor other than injections so it can be hard sometimes that’s why I didn’t give it a five star. Other than that, nothing truly to complain about.

El Dr es muy bueno .lo único que le da muy poco tiempo al paciente ,y pues no sé alcanza hacer todas las preguntas de paciente ,pero pone todo el peso de tratar de ayúdalo a uno .pero como todo .yega a un punto que ya no tiene nada que ofrecer se siente atado de manos .lo único que recomiendo que trate de darle más tiempo cada paciente ..y pues si no agarra tantos pacientes ala vez .mejor atención le dará al paciente .y también que su personal sea amable que por no menos le den una sonrrisa al paciente ya que uno anda con mucho dolor .y si lo atienden mal ..peor sale .que sean más amables .por que todo el personal dependen del paciente .para que puedan mantener su trabajo ..que Jehová Dios siga bendiciendo al Dr y así personal y les dé más amor Alós pacientes y mejor atención . Cares about trout pain and where it’s coming from and tries to help the situation without surgery first and takes the time to explain things and after 21 surgeries since 19 I needed real doc advice. I’ve seen the best of the best at UCLA, USC and head vascular surgeon genius that was 23 and did surgeries an experienced 40 plus year surgeon did. He did his best but I have suffered tremendously and Dr Loomba is aware of my pain and I try to work with him the best I can with female surgeries and all parts so close together at 115lbs. I pray stem cell can be something in my future as I have no $ and no hope

A very positive experience the doctor listens to you and does not judge he is sensitive to your pain and tries to help I have had 5 back surgeries the last one in July of this year I am fused all the way down my spine with right and left sciatica joint fused and a bad hip that has been replaced but need to do another one lots of pain there but back feels the best it has in 14 years so I live with chronic pain 24/7 thank you doctor for caring.

I would leave negative if I could. He told me today that I’m discharged today and he will no longer treat me. Honestly it’s probably a blessing since he hasn’t examined me , talked to any of my previous doctors or looked at my medical records ever out of the year I’ve been going there. He’s rude, unprofessional, untimely, doesn’t listen, cancels appointments constantly and doesn’t let me speak. He’s been neglecting my care for way too long. Please do not go to this place. It’s a joke!

Once I was on with the doctor (who was on vacation) the appointment only took about 10-13 minutes then it was over.

I was pleasantly surprised by my visit. Checking in was easy and the girls at front were very kind. I didn’t have to wait long to get called back. Once called back everything went quickly. Dr Munish saw me for one minute and then a Brandom came in and started recommending meds I’ve already tried in the past and I wasn’t sure why he was pushing more when I had bad reactions. Then they didn’t even know he went in and the doctor and I still didn’t get far as my meds aren’t being filled in Lake Elsinore CVS on time and no pharmacy will order the meds till I’m out and then I’m left without meds every month. This was my 1st bad experience there to make me come 45 min away and then they thought I was getting an epidural not under anesthesia! So confused as I requested being sedated and they kept throwing paper work at me like I was wrong when they have never had their office organized for me to get my meds on time. I can’t drive and continue to have to go in far away to sign paperwork because the doctors aren’t sending my meds to say I need the next refill before I run out of. Belbuca a rare medicine

I've been treated by other pain mgmt doctors and some refuse to to understand what you've already tried or do not want to do for relief of pain. Dr. Loomba is the third such doctor out of a total of eight that cares about my mental and physical pain. As the parent of an autistic adult child that I raise alone being in constant pain can be very challenging to our daily lives with all of my sons mental and physical difficulties. I developed drop foot after hip surgery. I went a couple months before my nurse daughter told me to go to a pain management doctor. I found doctor Loomba. He's a miracle working. I am in very little pain now. I was having nerve pain at 10 or over. My pain is one of two which I can live with. Wasted two months in pain. Wish I had known about Dr. Loomba earlier.

He gave me pain medicine that I am unfamiliar with every other doctor has given me pain pills, DR Loomba gave me these soboxin strips they don't work I'm still in horrible pain I wake up every morning in tears. The dosage is not strong enough to relieve my pain, I feel like he doesn't care. Dr. Wix was Amazing when I met with him I had high hopes that this was going to be a good experience but here I am 6 days out from my appointment I'm in pain no relief and I am so upset about my choice in pain doctors he came to me by recommendation from my internist I had such high hopes and I feel let down.

It was a memorable experience starting with front desk to Dr. I arrived to my appointment and receptionist was ver friendly and didn’t have to wait more than 5 min in the lobby, she took me into the room and right away the nurse came in took my vitals and info and in a couple of minutes Ms Castellano came and asked me more questions about my medical history, medications, she went out and Dr Loomba came in he asked me questions did some movement tests. I really liked him and Ms Castellana lot. I will recommend them and the facility to my family and friends. I want to thank all the staff.

This was my second experience with Dr. Lumba in his pain management clinic. This one was on the 25th of Jan. The first one was 16 months ago. In both times I found Dr. Lumba and his clinic staff very caring and compassionate. The clinic was clean and well equipped. Dr. Lumba took allowed me ample time to describe my symptoms, and discussed with me in details my therapeutic options. He performed the procedure we agreed on in a very kind professional way. I couldn’t believe how easy and fast the procedure was.

The staff was welcoming and the doctor answered all my questions plus before he left he looked at me and says, are you sure you don’t have any more questions and he waited he wasn’t in a hurry and spend time which I enjoy

Dr. Loomba try his best to accommodate your pain needs and put you on the best pain medication that helps with your pain level. The staffs are excellent. They reply to your msgs asap and get you in n out without rushing your appointment. I think Dr. Loomba is a concerning doctor but he can be strict at time due to the guidelines but overall I would recommend him to everyone that needs pain management
